Twitter is maddening right now. So many people posting things I want to read about this outage, and none of the taco links will resolve.

@xisumavoid When you pay for a service they are incentivized to keep you happy so that you keep paying. I often prefer paid over free.

@xisumavoid Likely nothing more nefarious than simply not being able to produce a business model that works for free.
