@VerizonSupport It was rebooting repeatedly for several minutes, and making lots of fan noise and groaning. Finally came on though.

@VerizonFiOS The hard drive went bad on one FiOS box. You sent me another that won't boot up. THIS is why I left Comcast? What a waste.
