@BrotherAli A pro-move is to get a SIM card for a European carrier, and an unlocked phone. Just swap SIM cards, and pre-pay when abroad.

@VerizonSupport Same result. Tried known to be working coax, tried known to be working output on the splitter. No change.

@VerizonSupport Swapped the outputs the two boxes are plugged into. Same behavior on the same box. Now swapping coax with the modem.
