- @JonathanTaplin I think there is merit in exploring the public costs of these potential monopolies, but we must be weary of how any response will cascade.
- @JonathanTaplin Some of this is sloppy: an iTunes download is not equivalent to a YouTube stream; safe harbor makes it possible for small firms to compete.
